Challenge #392

Hi friends !!
Welcome back for another

Our challenge this week is:

Challenge #392

Anything Goes

This weeks image is from Time for Tea Designs. So I am posting this one a little later than normal. We have had a crazy busy week at work, I had to help get stuff ready for surprise 30th birthday for a friend @ work. Then I won tickets to the Green Bay Packers Pre-Season opener tonight !!
GO PACK GO - won 31-17!! Now onto my card :)

I thought this image was darling! And I knew right away that I wanted to have like a recipe card or notebook sheet - like a recipe you would follow on here somewhere. And the sentiment came right to mind when I saw this image. I just quickly printed it up on my computer.

Hope you like it!!

I can't believe it's already August! Where has this summer gone?
We have been on a couple of adventures this summer,
but at the same time I feel like we have hardly done anything.
I hope you are enjoying and taking full advantage of these
last 'dog' days of summer.

Here is this weeks card :)

Challenge #391

Back for another

Our challenge this week is:

Challenge #391
Anything Goes

My image this week is from Sparkle N Sprinkle. As soon as I seen this image I knew I had to
have it :) One of my girlfriends - her daughter LOVES flamingos. She couldn't pronounce flamingos when she was really young, so she always called them flingos LOL. And this image was just to cute to pass up.

I haven't decided how I want to use the card yet - so I left my options open if I want to add a sentiment to the front later on. It's hard to see but I put a little sparkle on the falling snow. Gave the flamingos some Glossy Accents on their eyes, and a little "ball" of Liquid applique on their hat to look like a pompom, I hope you like it :)

Paper: White cardstock, DCWV Flower Shower textured cardstock
Color Medium: Copics
Other Supplies: Glossy Accents, KaiserCraft Nesting Pennants die, Lawn Fawn Stitched Scalloped Circle dies, Darice Bakers twine, Cuttlebug Snowflake embossing folder, Liquid Applique, Stickles-Crystal

LMMS Jr Hatter Lucinda

Welcome back LMMS friends!

Glad you can join us this week.
LMMS has some wonderful new images that you just have to check out!

I went with an image that is already in the store. And I kept is CAS and went with some "non-traditional" colors I guess you could say. Even though there are some 'girly' colors, I went more with the tomboyish brown, and blues.

Hope you like it :)

Paper: Doodlebug Design hello sunshine
Color medium: Copics
Other Supplies: Wink of Stella Yellow and Clear, Spellbinder Fancy Edged Ovals dies, Michael's bling, Little Yellow Bicycle (smile)

Make sure you check out all the fun, new images @ LMMS!
