Going to the chapel......

and were gonna get married!! Summer usual means weddings and that's what I have for you today.  Sorry I haven't been around in awhile. My husband & son race stock cars on the weekends and we were having some issues with the car, but now I think we have things back in working order!!  I am usual the 'parts' runner - driving all over town to find the parts needed to get them up and running again  : )

I was asked by a co-worker/friend to make a wedding card.  I just love this stamp by Stampendous - Happy Couple. It's so simple, but can be elegant at the same time.

I used a pale peach color just to make her dress 'pop' a bit. Sprayed a few paper roses I had w/some glimmer mist and there you have it. I really like these colors together.  With just that little bit of red to make it make it come alive.  I hope she likes it!!

Don't forget - I will be back on the 20th for the Monthly Reveal from D2D. Faith has some awesome images as always and you don't want to miss it! See you then  : )

  3. Gorgeous card Michelle, that image is so elegant and I love your flowers and pins.

Unfortunately to qualify for the Forever Friend Anything Goes Challenge, you still have to use an animal on your card, so this doesn't qualify...it is a beautiful card though.
